The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

Seeking to hire a bilingual Variable Hour Officer (VHO) - Social Worker to conduct outreach to local and national organizations, community and senior centers, local leaders, churches and other entities, in order to market our DAWN study and boost our recruitment numbers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive networking remotely (calls, video conferences, emails etc.)
  • Attend in person selected events.
  • Candidate will leverage his professional network to promote the DAWN study
  • Deliver presentations detailing the scope, the procedures, inclusion and exclusion criteria etc.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilitiesas assigned/requested.

The Variable Hour Officer will work closely with the senior clinical coordinator to strategize common effort and organize event attendance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience.
