A seasoned web professional is accountable for crafting web pages for Stanford Medicine Children's Health's public portal and blog environments, ensuring adherence to content standards, web norms, and accessibility criteria using Stanford Medicine Children's Health's digital tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM), and WordPress. Within the Web marketing team, the web producer addresses user and departmental requests via the Project Intake Tool, while also creating and updating content, images, and videos across Stanford Medicine Children's Health's heavily visited web platforms. They maintain the functionality of templated designs and incorporate SEO, UX, and UI best practices. Effective communication with stakeholders regarding project specifications, progress, and statuses is integral to their daily responsibilities. This role demands comprehensive website expertise coupled with robust marketing technology and analytical abilities to support Stanford Medicine Children's Health's marketing and communication strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
License/Certification: None required.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $79,456.00 to $105,300.00

- Creates, updates, and publishes web content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and WordPress from final web-ready content delivered by stakeholders and content owners, within existing design and content editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
- Develop and sustaining on-going close relationships with designers and developers to ensure competitive bidding for all new projects.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with decision-makers to ensure web content accurately and effectively reflects the organization and its positioning.
- Identify, evaluate and report on web site potential to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the review and approval process to ensure appropriate approvals of all projects including compliance with department, hospital, and University quality policies.
- Produce relevant statistics and reports that reflect progress against plans.
- Review the quality of materials: including punctuation, spelling, grammar, tone, and voice, and branding requirements.
- Test new functions or upgrades and monitor status on outstanding issues, projects.
- Use the content management system, to enter content and create appropriate page layouts, relationships and navigational elements.
- Create and modify web graphics as needed.
