Team Introduction
The Global E-Commerce US Operation team aims to deliver high-quality products with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for growing TikTok Shop Partners to provide full-suite solutions to sellers, creators, and buyers and thrive in the TikTok e-commerce business in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data from TSP business and live sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help develop recommendations based on data insights to enhance TSP live streaming performance.
- Live Operations Assistance:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of TikTok Shop LIVE sessions.
- Monitor live session metrics and compile performance reports for analysis.
- Assist in the coordination of online and offline workshops and training sessions.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Assist in drafting and sending communications to TSPs, including updates, reminders, and feedback.
- Facilitate effective communication between TSPs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on strategy and process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA with a graduation date before end of 2025
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dedicated to providing excellent service to clients and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in internships or part-time roles related to account management, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Understanding social media platforms and live streaming is beneficial but not required.
