Team Introduction
The Content Understanding team is responsible for and aims to provide deep understanding capability support for distribution and governance scenarios, including: content classification, interest tagging, creator authority tagging, large model identification, similarity recall and automated model training, etc., helping the business solve pain points such as inaccurate recognition and slow speed, in mainly two scenarios:
1. In distribution scenario: Develop and iterate on personalized distribution tags such as content classification, information volume, interests, and authority, improving model precision and recall, and solving inaccurate recognition issues. Standardize evaluation processes, deliver one-stop solutions, support good content recognition monitoring and personalized distribution strategy implementation, and enhance content diversity, information value, and consumption depth.
2. In governance scenario: Promote the application of large model recognition capabilities in various problem scenarios, verify and improve precision and recall effects, and help the business solve inaccurate recognition issues. Provide similar content recall and automated model training, supporting the business in quickly recalling more cases and building and iterating models in shorter cycles, solving the issue of slow speed.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding and keen perception of international short video content from both platform and user perspectives.
- Utilize a combination of machine learning and manual correction methods for tasks such as model clustering, annotation, understanding, and quality assessment.
- Gain a thorough understanding of recommendation systems and operational processes while collaborating with recommendation algorithms and analysts to collect application results and produce analytical reports.
- Proactively identify and explore pain points and requirements, expanding application scenarios and directions.
- Assist businesses in efficient integration and make informed interventions based on actual results to deliver quantifiable value.
- Application scenarios include, but are not limited to, recommendation distribution, vertical operations, and data analysis while demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-decomposition abilities.
- Actively analyze issues, summarize findings, identify opportunities, and drive continuous iteration of capabilities and exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Possess strong data analysis abilities, a data-driven mindset, and be familiar with content recommendation processes and basic principles.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
- Strong learning ability, diligent and serious at work, actively think and identify problems, and proactively promote business integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, resilient under pressure, capable of focusing on key points to solve complex problems, long-term oriented.
- Solid structured thinking ability, strong logical thinking, good data analysis skills, proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Deep consumers of content products preferred, especially those who love and frequently use overseas content products.
- Effectively align goals, solve problems, and achieve expected results through teamwork.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities and provide good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports with the eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with machine learning models and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with content recommendation systems and related algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field.
