Team Introduction
The Central Creator team plays a vital role in inspiring shopping creativity among US creators, and empowering global selections to become trendy. We aim to become the best-in-class partner of creators and agencies, and develop a healthy and robust creator ecosystem for joyful shopping.

The Central Creator team manages the relationships with our top TikTok Shop ("TTS") creators and agency partners on behalf of TikTok. The team mainly consists of Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) who manage a roster of Creators or Creator Agencies. The SPM's provide 1-to-1 creator strategic guidance and management spanning content strategy, data and insights, creator education, and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a roster of creators or creator agencies, providing end-to-end support on operations in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
- Incubate more creators with e-commerce selling capabilities, uplift creator's gross merchandising value to a substantial scale.
- Generate best practices, learnings and insights for sharing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Bachelor's Degree or above
- Good understanding of livestreaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in economics and management are preferred
