Team Introduction
The TikTok Product Privacy & Responsibility division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility, and compliance requirements while providing the best user experiences to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. The P&R - Teens and Kids Experiences team develops products and features to ensure responsible and valued experiences globally for minors.

Responsibilities:
- Launch feature or infrastructure improvements and A/B tests to improve the experience for teens and kids.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, legal, and Trust and Safety, as well as other product teams.
- Analyze metrics and data to understand impact or find opportunities.
- Investigate product bugs and drive resolutions.
- Understand the product landscape in the industry.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Clear and concise communication, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
- Strong product-oriented and detail-oriented skills, able to communicate results and insights to cross-functional partners
- Able to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Empathy for TikTok users and creators, balancing the needs of both to create delightful product experiences
- Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, able to deal with rapid changes and imperfect information

Preferred Qualifications:
- Field of study in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business Administration, or related discipline
