The Administrative Assistant is the first person to greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the building. The position also provides administrative and clerical support to the Facilities management team. This position shall be responsible for back-office facility related operations for multiple different locations.
What youll do on a typical day:
• Take incoming calls and direct to the proper department or division.
• Greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the facility and help them get to their proper destination.
• Maintain accuracy of workflows, practices, and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided for operations.
• Provide administrative backup support to other facilities staff members.
• Provide customer service to all internal business units and building occupants, providing a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.
This individual will be making $16.00-$20.00/hr. determined by the hiring manager in the interview process.

Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience as a receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or other related roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong professional verbal and written communications skills.
- Be able to work 8am-5pm, Monday Friday (with 1 hour lunch)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Be able to lift at least 25lbs
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
