Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a small startup IT services company. The company has been in business for 4 years, and is excited to continue growing. The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for ad hoc responsibilites that include (but not limited to):
Providing administrative support to IT staff and executives
Manage office tasks like maintaining supplies, handling expense reports, and shipping/receiving
Create and proofread documents
Coordinate employee PTO, leave, and expenses
Must be confidential and have strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
A qualified candidate would be local to the North Houston area, and willing to go onsite 5 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 1+ year(s) of relevant administrative work experience

Proficiency with MS Office including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDFs and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to talk to executive leadership and clients

Flexibility to complete ad hoc tasks needed for the business

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented

Ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency with desktop computers Windows 8-11 and Google/Chrome

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience communicating with high-level company leadership

Experience with cloud technology to create and manage their work (Google Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
