Qualifications:

Essential Duties:
  • Answer and route calls; greet visitors and answer questions; and respond to emails.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from visitors and staff, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software to perform job duties effectively.
  • Cooperate with security personnel, other administrative staff, and management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Attention to details such as identifying suspicious behavior, verifying credentials, and accurately documenting information.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as needed or assigned.
