About the Position:
This role is an on-campus, in-person position.
The Admission Coordinator is member of the Admission Operations team within the Division of Enrollment Services and reports to the Director of Operations. Primary responsibilities include processing of undergraduate and graduate applications and associated materials through the Slate CRM system. This includes application document review, fulfilling data update requests and monitoring the operations email inboxes.
Essential Functions:
Bachelor's is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Experience working in higher education is preferred.
Experience with student administrative system including PeopleSoft, Slate or closely related systems a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate broadly across the University and develop and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of constituencies. Must also demonstrate strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze problems, as well as devise solutions. Must also have strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Candidate must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically MS Word and Excel.

This includes application document review, fulfilling data update requests and monitoring the operations email inboxes.
Essential Functions:
- Application Material: Process application materials from various external vendors through Slate CRM system to fulfill applicant's checklist requirements. Scan mailed documents and transcripts through Slate CRM. Monitor fax imaging queue for submitted application documents.
- Monitor Admission Operations general email account and fulfill requests for data and material updates from recruiting staff and academic departments as well as Academic Advising, Housing and Athletics.
- Monitor Data Updates: Review and process term updates and application withdrawals. Facilitate admission revocation process with Enrollment Services departments. Perform record consolidation to resolve duplicates. Fulfill Opt-Out request lists from various sources/vendors. Facilitate entry of prospect records through Slate CRM.
- Fulfill requests from Legal Affairs for admission records. Coordinate processing of admission applications for recruits from Athletics department.
- Backup to Information Systems Specialists in processing I-20 requests on behalf of international applicants. Perform other tasks as assigned.
