Summary:

The Adobe Analytics Lead Digital Data Analyst role is focused on planning, reporting, and developing insights to support Digital Products and Digital Experience Design groups. The lead data analyst will partner with the Digital Experience Design Manager to refine and execute upon the digital analytics strategy and collaborate with the MarTech team to establish Adobe Analytics as the primary source of truth for digital client behavior data. This role will lead implementation and development of a new reporting suite and collaborate to guide data collecting, tagging, and reporting requirements, supporting the full end-to-end reporting lifecycle. This is a key role in developing client's overall digital data storytelling practice.

Job Responsiiltiies:
  • Identifies and frames problems to be solved, empathizing with digital product and design teams to understand how we can leverage digital data to improve business decision-making and improve teams' efficiency, performance, and outcomes
  • Plan, capture, and analyze data to provide insights that can inform UX experiments and digital products roadmap
  • Translates business needs and data requirements into a data collection strategy using Adobe Launch. This includes data preparation and cleansing.
  • Implements Adobe Analytics and Launch tags for web and mobile applications
  • Implements, validates, and manages the code deployment on website and mobile platform
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, as well as in Vue.js to handle running and debugging existing Vue applications to integrate with web and app analytics
  • Develops reporting and insights, primarily leveraging Adobe Analytics and the Adobe Experience Cloud product suite, to provide clear visibility into our digital experience and adoption, as well as drivers of engagement and positive or negative client experiences
  • Provides traffic/usage insights (including journey analytics, flow and fall-out analyses) to better understand conversion rates through specific processes/journeys/campaigns, correlations between events, and improve overall client user experience
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop timely and relevant reporting and dashboards (i.e.: easy to understand data visualizations) to guide the product development lifecycle
  • Plans and drives the strategy around capturing new data through the Adobe Experience Cloud applications, with a focus on linking it to other data sets and analyses performed with SQL and Tableau
  • Maintain best in class documentation (business requirement docs, solution design reference docs, and technical specifications docs) and monitors data accuracy, quality, and availability meet overall bank needs. Performs audits and maintenance, as needed.
  • Serves as data SME to train and empower colleagues on how to self-serve their data questions, as well as to understand and consume data
  • Effectively prioritizes work and self-manages a backlog of requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with UX team, Product Owners, Web/Mobile development teams, CX and Marketing teams, as well as Client Contact Center and Line of Business colleagues
  • Knowledge of OneTrust privacy compliance and impact with web and mobile analytics and data collection
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, privacy compliance laws and technologies in web and mobile app data collection and analytics

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years' experience in data analytics, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working daily in Adobe AnalyticsFinancial services experience
  • Prior experience working with digital product, design, and cross-functional teams in agile and/or lean environments.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems and past involvement with website optimization testing tools such as Adobe Target and Audience Manager and other solutions within the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Desire to stay up-to-date with the latest news, innovations and trends in web and mobile analytics, digital user experience, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workspace (ie: creating calculated metrics and segments)
  • Knowledge in html and setting up development, staging, and production environments
  • Mobile application, web, and mobile web analytics
  • Data collection and complex data interpretation/visualization abilities
  • Strong quantitative and verbal/communication skills to be able to translate data to business audiences
  • Sense of ownership, able to see tasks through to completion
  • BA/BS degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business or related disciplines or equivalent, or equivalent technical experience
