This position is for an Advertising and Digital Marketing Specialist who is responsible for all US and Canadian advertising, marketing-driven promotions and sweepstakes, search engine marketing, and website management, including supporting and managing the needed agencies and teams and managing the Adobe stack. Red lines for the camplaigns.
The Advertising and Digital Marketing Specialist does digital and offline marketing across multiple channels with a holistic approach and is responsible for the day to day managing of advertising and website needs for Cunard North America, managing the agencies and teams needed across the business to launch, test and develop successful marketing campaigns. This role will typically be challenged with strategic processes, regular reporting and meeting key measurable marketing objectives, managing teams, working with global teams, sister brands and head office in the UK, managing initiatives that launch at off business hour times including troubleshooting website challenges. Position has the authority to make decisions on digital marketing creative, and digital channel strategy. Challenges include working with multiple teams to achieve common goals to drive increased website traffic and bookings.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years experience in marketing experience required.
Working knowledge of standard digital marketing tools including adobe / google analytics, adwords, DV360, DCM preferred.
Must have experience in data analytics.
o Understanding the metrics and analytics
Experience in Direct Response marketing mail, email & digital advertising
Copy editing skills are required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have worked in Web CRM platforms and have an understanding of Siebel database set up for advertising and promotion campaigns
o Smartsheets, excel
ProofHQ proof system
Massive attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the travel/hospitality industry is desired but not required
Working knowledge of design programs such as Indesign and Illustrator are desired but not required
