Are you ready to go beyond

This position will provide analytical design support for engine secondary flow, heat transfer, and clearance analysis for CSE (Cold Section Engineering) for rotor and casing hardware.
We conduct analytical studies, assess engine/rig testing data, and inspect engine hardware. We do this in order to support, verify, and achieve CSE component structural, performance cost and quality goals.

Our discipline members must interact with all other disciplines and Component Centers to properly assess compressor and fan component thermal environment and metal temperatures, secondary flows and radial clearances. These responsibilities extend through the entire life cycle of the engine program from conceptual, through design & development, certification, and product support.

Our discipline members are also responsible for developing and applying advanced flow and heat transfer technology, including design tools and processes, in order to meet the technical and competitive challenges of our future engine products.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • 5+ years of Engineering experience or 3+ years with an advance degree

  • Advance degree
