Agency Temp Learning Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking a Agency Temp Learning Systems Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for the management of training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other 3rd party vendor administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Enters all completed training rosters submitted by service team members, virtual learning center, safety services, and corporate trainers. Processes all open sessions, including managing participant questions, sending communication, creating session paperwork, and tracking completions.
  • Researches and analyzes internal and client employee questions and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of courseware including coordination of testing process and reporting and analysis of results.
  • Sets up client training administrator accounts and assist with questions.
  • Assists other internal departments with content usage reports.
  • Maintains electronic filing system for completed rosters.
  • Ensures accurate data entry of all training records to meet legal and accreditation requirements.


Qualifications:
  • High school degree or GED equivalent is required and Bachelor’s degree in a job relate field is preferred. Minimum of three years’ related work experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
  • Ability to organize a variety of specified projects and activities within specified time frames; effectively and diplomatically communicates with a high level of customer service; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive job-related information.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, orally and in writing; and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Software proficiency in MS Word is required. Knowledge in MS Excel is preferred.
  • Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic; organizing and efficiently maintaining filing systems; typing from clear, straight copy at a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Principles, practices and procedures of administrative training functions; modern office methods, practices, procedures and equipment; clerical methods, techniques, and filing systems including business letter writing.
