The Agile Operations Analyst is responsible for working closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives. The primary focus of this role is to support the end-to-end process for building BBW.com digital products through process support, optimized platform reporting, and presentations. Responsibilities
  • Use reporting to identify trends, and patterns to identify opportunities to evolve processes to build speed, quality, and agility for the digital platform
  • Support platform processes related to product support and releases
  • Deliver metric-driven status reports to the platform on site releases and defects
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide transparency in the day-to-day operations of all Product Teams
  • Collaborate with product teams to produce platform reports and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of experience in a analytical type of role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: A strong understanding of Excel including knowledge of formulas, functions, data manipulation, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, as well as conduct statistical analysis and data profiling
  • Ability to present data in a visually appealing and meaningful way
  • Familiarity with various data visualization tools and techniques, such as charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards
  • Clearly demonstrate structured, logical, critical, and analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a proven record of results
  • Strong knowledge of Jira Query Language (JQL) to construct custom dashboards, advanced filters, and reports, preferred
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) methodologies, preferred
  • Experience with Jira and ServiceNow, preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred
