An employer is seeking an AR Software Developer to join their team in Spring, TX. He or she will be joining the Commercial Architecture team and will be the sole AR Developer working on proof of concepts for the organization. The AR Developer will specifically focus on developing AR Glasses for the organization to bring the companies vision of the "future of work" to life. He or she will work collaborate with multiple teams to help design, develop and test AR applications that utilize hardware features such as displays, sensors, camera and audio to create a fully interactive experience. This role is all focused on demo work and will require this individual to deliver those demos rapidly for review and enhance as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a new organization focusing on products for future generations. The ideal candidate will be onsite 1-2 days a week with a pay range of $30 - $70/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years with Software Development role with C++, C#, etc

2+ years of experience doing AR Development using Unity or similar

Experience developing with Windows platform

Will be only AR Developer on team, must be able to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with ComputerVision framework, CUDA toolkit, Pose Recognition, 3D Mapping

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
