Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in finance or a related discipline, from an AACSB accredited institution or international equivalent at the time of appointment

Position Summary

The Department Finance in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for one or more full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant or associate professor level. The positions will begin in the fall semester of 2025, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2025.

Appointment at the assistant professor rank requires a demonstrated potential to publish rigorous research in premier peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated success in teaching.

To be eligible for tenure on appointment, candidates must be appointed as an associate professor, have been tenured at a prior institution, and bring a demonstrably national reputation to the institution.
