Job description

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of taking product from inception to market. In the product journey, the candidate will work closely with a product manager to ensure that all necessary requirements are drafted and collected before presenting it to the stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Iselin, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position requires travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Min 4 Yrs. of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
Experience in understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
Experience in investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
Noting all testing actions, you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Product requirements, system impacts in a Resale/Marketplace.
Good knowledge of Product financials, SKU pricing, settlements etc
Strong knowledge of Reporting tools like Tableau, etc
Good experience of JIRA, Confluence
Work closely with product managers
Good knowledge of Product life cycle
Well versed with Stakeholder management (tax, Finance, marketing etc)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
