We are seeking a Business System Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Marketing Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Campaign Adobe Target Adobe Experience Platform Adobe AEM and Marketo Campaign. Additionally domain expertise in Bioinformatics is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business solutions and optimizing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of Adobe Marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis from Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Adobe Campaign.
• Optimize marketing campaigns using Adobe Target to improve conversion rates.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of Adobe Experience Platform.
• Ensure the effective use of Adobe AEM for content management and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of marketing processes to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Provide training and support to team members on Adobe tools and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Adobe Marketing with hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Campaign Adobe Target Adobe Experience Platform Adobe AEM and Marketo Campaign.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in Bioinformatics with the ability to apply this knowledge to marketing strategies.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
• Be adept at using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
