Job Description:

Act as a champion for content, story-telling, leading innovation and solutioning

Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to identify, design, and implement sustainable solutions to enterprise challenges

Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Help grow health plan business by ideation and solutioning, while also considering the best outcomes for patients and taking account of regulations, health policies, and budgets.

Counsel on research and analysis of healthcare industry trends

Conduct market research, analyzing competitive landscapes and identifying growth opportunities in adapting to regulatory changes, or maximizing operational efficiency,

Recommend on regulations, and best practices to inform client recommendations

Must have healthcare payer experience.

Skills:

Passionate about healthcare

Substantial demonstrated experience in health plan operations

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

Strong leadership and expert consultative skills

Ability to comprehend multiple complex factors, such as stakeholder needs and scientific data, studying the competitors of your client’s organization to arrive at informed opinions.

Education: Bachelors Degree
