IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work for a leader in the distribution business of oil and gas. In this role you will be a Business Analyst working cross functionally with multiple teams. In this role you will be supporting different IT technologies and ensuring product roadmaps are being met. You will integrate into a scrum team that executes on two week sprints. You will be writing user stories, creating business cases and working to hit project deadlines. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Evaluating current business processes and identifying potential areas for improvement
Gathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved
Recommending organizational changes, such as new systems or procedures
Training and coaching staff members
Collaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effective
Identifying technical requirements and then prioritizing them
Identifying business requirements
Defining IT business requirements and goals
Create requirement Traceability Matrix
Create Process Workflows
Facilitating communication between IT and business
Ensuring follow-through

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years experience Junior BA Experience
Agile experience (fundamental and agile)
Requirement gathering and testing and working with other businesses internally
- Experience writting user stories, no functional and functional requirements
- Facilitating requirement workshops
- Build process workflows
Excellent oral and written communication
