    As a(n) < Business Analyst IV > you will:
  • Experienced Business Analyst with experience in data mapping, data analytics and/or large-scale projects related to data repositories.
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reaches out and impact many applications and functional areas and they will need to work across the organization with a large group of stakeholders and will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently
  • Need to work autonomously, but also with in a team
  • Be willing to ask for help if needed
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, analyze data and provide insight
  • Being able to analyze where there might be potential for improvement
  • Agile development Teams and delivery mechanism
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps for Backlog management
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering with multiple, key stakeholders
  • Ability to host refinement sessions within a larger team, ability to pull requirements together and then explain them to developers, testing teams, etc
  • Ability to shift priorities and being flexible
  • Being able to work with other BA teams across different Agile development teams
  • + would be energy industry experience/knowledge
  • Required; would be transaction SQL or T-SQL skills
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • BA tools: PowerBI, Excel, SQL
  • Glider: T-SQL and Requirements gathering
  • ADO: experience is not required, but if they have used Jira or other tools and can learn quickly, they would not be ruled out
  • Adhering to best practices for BA type responsibilities
  • SQL and/or data mapping
  • Communication and team fit

    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
