Job Title: Business Analyst - Talent Acquisition System Migration
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in talent acquisition processes to lead the successful migration from Jobvite to Workday ATS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition, from requirements gathering to quality assurance and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand the current talent acquisition processes in Jobvite and define the necessary requirements for migration to Workday ATS.
Document and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a liaison between HR, talent acquisition, and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input, share updates, and manage expectations across departments.
Migration Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, ensuring that all aspects of the talent acquisition process are accounted for in Workday ATS.
Monitor progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the transition.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Design and implement testing strategies to validate the accuracy and functionality of the new system.
Identify, document, and resolve any defects or discrepancies during the testing phase.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to HR and talent acquisition teams on the new Workday ATS system.
Ensure a smooth handover and support post-migration to address any ongoing issues

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems, specifically Jobvite and Workday ATS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management or change management.
Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
