Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement at a technology provider, global system integrator, or public cloud provider.
  • Experience in training, developing, and executing sales enablement programs and learning and enablement content development in different areas impacting sales.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, or delivering sales content in the technology industry.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the field sales.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales and an understanding of sales Go-To-Market.
  • Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
  • Ability to think strategically, take broad ideas and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and then execute those plans.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing enablement programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the Business Enablement global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams to drive business enablement best practices in the Google Cloud Sales organization.
  • Define the focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally. Map a persona based view of Sales team enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for business and technical excellence and overview trainings.
  • Empower Sales teams to smoothly interface with all business growth content and tools.
  • Coordinate best practices, and simplify and accelerate regional enablement to help Sales teams navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity effectively.
