Business Systems Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support a client with various upcoming software projects. They will be responsible for test planning, test execution, developing scripts and processes to meet objectives, documenting requirements, system interfaces, providing updates to key stakeholders of deliverable progress, and collaborating with various IT members on the lifecycle of projects. This is a contract role and is hybrid onsite in Richmond, VA 3 days a week. The hourly pay rate for this position is $35-50/hr and based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a BSA/Programmer Analyst
- Able to Document requirements, use cases, data models, systems interfaces, wireframes, etc.
- Strong SQL skills
- Windows Server experience
- Basic scripting experience
- Broad range of technical abilities and eager to learn new tools and skills
- Go-getter personality, self-starter, strong verbal/written communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SharePoint & SAP
- Working experience in an enterprise IT shop
- Utility experience
