Insight Global is seeking a Systems/Business Analyst to join our top feral client's team and play a crucial role in an application delivery program by comprehensively understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies, and constraints. They serve as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring alignment and effective communication. The analyst creates essential documentation, including requirements, flow charts, and technical and training materials. Additionally, they provide end-user support through training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

* Over 3 years of experience in capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities in client-facing roles.

* Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks.

* Capable of working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

* Skilled in collaborating across distributed teams.

* Experienced in Agile software development environments.

* Proficient in creating and maintaining user support documentation.

* Experienced in supporting system quality and verification in collaboration with team members.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Previous consulting experience

* Lean six sigma certification

* Experience with the Jira and/or Confluence

* Experience triaging user issues

* Experience with drafting communications
