Business Systems Analyst - Mortgage Loss Mitigation :

- This role will focus on mitigating risk for a line of mortgage lending products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders within the scrum team to understand business needs, define sprint goals, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories for development.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed user stories for development.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of user stories.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst , specifically working with large-scale applications.
- Experience with agile development methodology.
- Financial services / mortgage industry background with experience in mortgage lending / mortgage loan lifecycle and specific exposure to mortgage defaults and loss mitigation.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Experience with Gherkin syntax for writing user stories.
