C-130 Crew Chief

LAUNCH Defense is actively seeking for an experienced C-130 Crew Chief.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Lead the e3 (continuous improvement) strategy for the PDM/UDLM team
• Review of planning and material requirements for the PDM and over and above efforts
• Ensures team follows safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Scheduling of tasks to be performed
• Assigning the daily/weekly workload to team members
• Frequent coordination with support and management teams
• Daily team kick-off meeting
• Reading and interpreting drawings and aircraft manuals
• Provide oversight of performance to budget and schedule
• Assist with manpower planning
• Perform team member evaluations
