About The Role:

As a Capital Markets Operations Lead, you'll serve as the project lead, overseeing supervisory and managerial tasks related to coordinating the analyst team. Your responsibilities include successfully executing specified projects. Additionally, in this role, you'll plan, schedule, and manage the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the Sales and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain critical client and business information such as snapshots, full views, client plans, activity maps and client bios.
  • Act as a liaison with client care team members and other internal teams to share and verify financial and performance related client information.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals, department staff, and others to understand marketing and client needs. Collect the necessary information to fulfill marketing tasks and work with stakeholders to determine the best approach for creating marketing and presentation materials.
  • Carry out department-specific administrative tasks, such as conducting research, updating databases, and creating marketing materials for mass mailings and communication.
  • Support project management by updating logs, task lists, and resource allocations. Prepare routine status reports including updates on project status, budget, schedule, and risk.
  • Analyze data for accuracy, making improvement recommendations as needed.
  • Oversee the creation of presentations and proposals for new business development, ensuring alignment with branding standards.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Operations Lead position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Capital Markets Operations Lead position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
