Job Description
1. Analyze and document program requirements and processes; articulate requirements to plan data collection methods and construct efficient work flows and other processes.
2. Interview end users and stakeholders to assess business and clinical needs; create business, functional, and technical requirements documents based on captured data and, in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
3. Administer data collection processes based on methods and work flows as established; coordinate data collection from secondary sources and other departments and operating units as necessary; resolve submission of incomplete and/or inaccurate data sets, or escalate to supervisor as necessary
4. Utilize effective controls and established methods to ensure accurate and complete collection and compilation of required data sets.
5. Prepares requested data thoroughly and accurately for statistical analyses and required reporting
6. Provided descriptive and analytical reports, including tables, graphs, and figures; adheres to deadlines for regular periodic reporting and fulfils ad hoc request to targeted data request and analysis.
7. Coordinate and track preparation, submission and processing of Human Resource Action Requests (ARFs) for Bellevue Staff positions in the Psychiatry Divisions.
8. Develop and maintain a database system to report on the pipeline status of ARFs from preparation through budget approval, posting, recruiting and onboarding.
9. Complies fully with the Hospital's Infection Control policies and protocols, emergency preparedness plans, fire/disaster plans, hazardous materials plans/SDS information sheets, and environmental care plans.
10. Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
1. A Masters degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, and/or functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis or related in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one (1) year of experience in a relevant clinical and/or healthcare administration role/function; or
2. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience as described above; or
3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one (1) year.
