about this team

The NA (North America) Community team drives the strategy and execution for how lululemon connects and engages with new and existing guests, driving brand awareness and consideration, and delivering upon its purpose to help people feel their best. This team supports the North America retail portfolio in pursuit of store community excellence and creates community engagement experiences across select markets.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, NYC Community the Community Program Manager, NYC manages the strategy and oversees the execution of various run programs and activations across New York City. The Community Program Manager also supports various brand and community campaigns, programs, and activations to accelerate market growth, and drive brand awareness and consideration in NYC. This role serves as the voice of lululemon in the NYC run community, in all conversations and decisions impacting the city and our guests.

a day in the life: what you'll do
  • Manage the strategy, program execution, and quarterly recapping of local run programs
  • Contribute to overall success of the NA Community team by delivering excellence in strategy, operations, and relationship management for the market's priority programs.
  • Responsible for the success of the local community strategy designed by the Senior Manager.
  • Deliver lululemon Brand imperatives and enrollment communications to external program partners, lululemon Ambassadors, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage annual run program budget
  • Partner with NA Events, Retail Ops, and stores to ensure seamless collaboration between Community and Retail
  • Partner with NA Brand and Product teams to deliver run program apparel to external partners
qualifications
  • Experience leading large scale run program and events
  • Experience managing brand partnerships supporting run programming
  • Clear understanding of the NYC run landscape and passion for building the NYC run community
  • Proven experience in relationship management
  • Demonstrated or passionate commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity principles
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal)

Authorization to work in USA is required for this role. NYC residence required.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$103,500 - 135,900 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
