Construction Contract Manager

Solomon Page has partnered with a well known Texas brand seeking a highly motivated individual to join their growing team.

• Salary Range: $80 - 95k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
• Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues
• Manage change orders and claims
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing
• Resolve contract disputes and claims

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction contract management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera); DocuSign a must
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
