A Mechanical Construction and Facility Services company, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager that will lead or coordinate construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. This is an on-site position working with general contractors, owners, and customers in the San Antonio, TX area. A relocation package may be available for the ideal candidate.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree is required.

5+ years of experience as PM at a commercial mechanical subcontracting company

Experience in successfully leading projects and programs, on-schedule and within budget.

Experience with a book of business responsible for at least $10MM.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

7+ years experience in related field
