The Consumer Products Ecommerce Sales and Marketing Manager will manage and drive sales efforts for ecommerce business activities. The position is focused on all back-end, operational aspects of the Feld Consumer Products webstores.

Essential Job Functions

• Operation and management of all company consumer product ecommerce functions.
• Create effective strategies to drive sales through various internal and external resources.
• Coordinate with internal ecommerce teams to drive Feld Consumer Product strategies.
• Implement advertising and marketing campaigns for merchandise print, television, live events, and online advertising through internal and external resources.
• Manage and expand on customer service platform.
• Identify reporting needs and work with internal teams to create and manage ecommerce reporting.
• Communicate with warehouse teams on ecommerce strategies and customer service needs.
• Identify, develop and manage new ecommerce processes including shipping, processing, warehouse management and customer engagement.
• Manage customer service team across international and domestic sides of the business.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two to three years experience in a comparable position.
• Preferred experience in ecommerce platform operation. For example: Volusion or Shopify
• Distinguished in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with warehouse management or communications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Hands-on expertise in web software (including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud/Photoshop, DreamWeaver).
• Attention to detail (critical for writing/editing and grammar with content posting to live site).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Superior time management and organizational abilities.
