TikTok E-commerce's Governance & Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve upon the process for intake, identifying, analyzing, responding to and solving policy related issues to eCommerce content.
- Lead and continuously improve upon the framework and knowledge hub for policy lifecycle management, including policy research/development, policy implementation and policy maintenance
- Dive into the business to develop a solid understanding of user behaviors, policy performance and associated key metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to measure and report on content governance success
- Partner with cross-functional governance teams to build mechanisms that will improve alignment of policies across the platform.
- Maintain and continuously improve upon various processes and programs. Collect and analyze feedback from various partners, collaborate to optimize and refine ongoing operations.
- Stay informed of industry and competitor analysis around policy development and implementation to keep up with best-in-class practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully with ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
- 2+ years of experience in policy development and implementation in the tech industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of MBA
- 2+ years of hands-on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance and implementation, program management, process improvement, and/or social media operations.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with different cross-functional regional partners.
- Demonstrated organization, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
