Reporting organizationally to the Senior Manager Accreditation Documentation and Training Materials, the Coordinator, Accreditation Documentation and Training Materials will be a key member of the FIFA26 Accreditation team, and work in a very diverse Accreditation department (consisting of team members from Greece, India, Italy, New Zealand, the US and Canada) and in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Accreditation department (consisting of team members from across the world including Swiss-German, German, Russian and Dutch backgrounds) responsible for delivering the FWC26 Accreditation operations.

THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator Accreditation Documentation and Training Materials for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
• Represent the Accreditation department to all accreditation stakeholders when appropriate.
• Develop and implement information and training materials in different medias describing the FWC26 accreditation policies and procedures to different client groups and stakeholders.
• Explore different medias to find the best solution for different trainings or dissemination of accreditation information.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of all accreditation trainings.
• Support the department in creating general accreditation information or documentation.
• Review and refine the accreditation trainings and information to update where necessary and implement enhancements to receive better results.
• Support the centralized issue resolution processes for the Accreditation client groups across all countries during tournament time or during operational periods for any ancillary events.

YOUR PROFILE
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• If experience is compensating, lower degree is welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in how to plan trainings.
• Time management, keeping to deadlines.
• Absolute attention to detail.
• Willingness to explore different medias.

Work Experience
• 1 or more years of experience in training programs.
• Experience with various graphic applications.
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural team as well as communicating within a multi-cultural organization.
• Experience in and being comfortable with working in multi-lingual environments.

Languages
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.

Technology
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project), Miro and other planning software and online collaboration tools.
• Knowledgeable in various graphic design and e-learning applications.
