Summary

The COSH (Central Operations Support Hub) TCHATT (Texas Child Health Access Through Technology) Coordinator, Business Operations will manage the procurement and distribution of TCHATT merchandise, facilitate purchases, and coordinate conference participation. This role involves maintaining organized program files, collaborating on report generation, and preparing data for Trayt reporting. The coordinator will attend and document approximately 15 meetings per month, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will assist in organizing work groups and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• 15% Manages the procurement and distribution of TCHATT merchandise. Coordinates TCHATT's participation in conferences.
• 5% Manages and facilitates purchases for COSH/TCHATT. Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation.
• 15% Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs.
• 15% Collaborates with team members to generate reports, responsible for data preparation for Trayt reporting. Collects documentation related to program operations. Works with Trayt on change order submissions.
• 20% Attends and maintains meeting minutes for COSH-TCHATT, approximately 15 meetings per month. Composes and sends meeting minutes to appropriate personnel across a dozen institutions. Facilitates effective communication between teams and stakeholders. Manages and maintains overall meeting summaries and follow up to ensure action items are sent out.
• 15% Assists in coordinating and organizing work groups. Coordinates work group reporting, so all stakeholders have updated and correct information.
• 15% Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
