As an Associate Governmental Program Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
- Utilize various databases and records to research and provide branch management and project managers (PMs) with correct, up-to-date, and easy to understand analysis of the cost recovery status of sites
- Track and ensure deadlines set by management are met for cost recovery activities
- Pursuant to DTSC Cost Recovery Departmental Procedure Memoranda (DPM), performs administrative cost recovery duties
- Utilize project management, timekeeping, dashboard, and other data sources to create spreadsheets that identify trends in branch performance and status in meeting established strategic, performance, and operational goals
- Periodically update and report status of the branch's progress in meeting Annual Workplan commitments
- Track estimated hours from site "Resource Estimation Worksheets" and prepares written analysis on the impact of delays both on individual project's scheduled milestones and project manager workloads
- Cost Recovery Site Analysis and Support experience
- Experience in Branch Planning and Performance Monitoring
- Project Tracking and Contract Management experience
- Experience with Administrative Duties
