RemX is seeking experienced Re-Enrollment Advocate for our client.
  • Titles: Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Onsite | Louisville, KY 40219 | After training, will be WAH (this may be once the supervisor determines they are proficient to work from home)
  • Pay: $17.00 an hour
  • Scheduling: 8am-430pm onsite (they should be flexible with schedule)
  • Start date: 9/16

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience desired
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Board of Pharmacy Tech License required (pharmacy tech certification, costs the associate about $26 prior to starting
