Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months + extensions
Compensation: $45-$75/hr

Skillset / Experience:
Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement database management systems. You will ensure the security of computer databases, support product testing, and provide data governance and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
• Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong knowledge of database management software.
• Review and approve the testing of programs or databases.
• Review existing databases and direct changes.
• Coordinate database development and determine project scope.
• Estimate time and cost for project requests.
• Plan and supervise the installation and testing of new products.
• Implement security measures to safeguard information.
• Develop standards and guidelines for software use and information protection.

Skills:
• Power calculations for split studies and lift studies.
• Query creation and export for recruited test execution.
• Data clean up and governance, PII expertise.
• Supporting and connecting findings to business impact.
• Tracking product adoption and CPA reduction.
• Ongoing metrics reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration and consultation.
• Exploring process automation with tools like Metamate and MetaAI.

Education/Experience:
• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
