Our Demand Planning Manager is responsible for coordinating activities involved with planning, procuring, tracking, and expediting goods to ensure delivery and quality via the issuance of a purchase order.
  • Demand planning of phones, smartwatches, tablets, PERS, and accessories by forecasting and sharing forecasts regularly with suppliers.
  • Create, track, and manage purchase request/order(s).
  • Creates and develops PO reconciliation process, training, and execution for PO updates in NetSuite.
  • Takes a proactive role in the continuous improvement of ERP systems and planning.
  • Works with accounting to reconcile vendor accounts and invoices, ensuring there is a 3-way match.
  • Issues purchase orders in accordance with contracts and/or agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers supply planning teams.
  • Manages and reports on metrics for inventory and weekly turns.
  • Maintains accurate inventory and weeks of supply to leadership.
  • Share weekly sell out data by channel with each supplier.
  • Other duties as assigned and needed.
