Job Duties

The deputy clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court's instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities -
filing, data entry, answering phone inquiries, counter assistance. preparing dockets, working court, taking payments, and opening and closing the register.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures. Verbal and written communications skills

Additional Considerations

Business courses preferred, automated records and word processing experience a plus
