Deputy Program Manager

• Assists the Program Manager with company's management and operations of contractual requirements and interfaces directly with the Government.
• Serves using Program Manager's authority during the Program Manager's absence.
• Has primary oversight of the work control operations and task order processing.
• Manages customer satisfaction for all services.
• Oversees overall staff training. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Responsible for management of the purchasing function and leads preparation of all contractual documents.
• Assures timeliness of assigned work and procurement activities.
• Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and discipline of supervisors and/or purchasing staff.
• Ensures compliance with FAR and NASA FAR Supplement.
