Digital Business Analyst

Role: Digital Business Analyst
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (hybrid)
Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery, immersion, and planning exercises to gather insights through process mapping and transformational activities.
• Facilitate collaborative, cross-functional immersion workshops to evaluate the current state and iterate on a future state through solutioning sprints.
• Produce layered timelines to execute against dynamic/interactive, granular, and dependencies mapped.
• Visualize which activities need to start when and the interrelationships between deliverables to achieve the vision.
• Create comprehensive slide decks with supporting information to communicate the digital transformation strategy and support the business case.
• Contribute to the Pre-Work/Kick-off Summary Report and Engagement Overview.
• Assist in producing Workshop Summaries and gap analysis for each function.
• Help develop initial iterations of Functional & Departmental Roadmap Templates.
• Work on Detailed Functional Views, including granular execution plans with target states, timelines, process, and dependency workstream maps.
• Develop Detailed Slide Decks with comprehensive information to socialize the digital transformation strategy and support the business case.
