Job Qualifications:
  • 4-6 Years of Experience, requirements gathering to and from IT teams - ideally in a mid-size firm where they don't have an established PMO

Must-Have:
  • Strong SDLC Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Designs
  • UAT testing, a lot of new software implementations so some QA ability is ideal
  • MS Office, Lucid Charts, Visio, Power BI, SQL, Data Analysis
  • The ideal candidate will have some Salesforce Experience

Walking In the Door:

- Hit the ground running, put together a matrix for an upcoming project and then go through the business requirements and gathering, and bring it back to IT Director

- This position will be working with all facets, construction, engineering, finance, IT, C-Suite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and migrations
  • Analyzing technical systems, business interfaces, and business processes to optimize solution design
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations, tracking project progress and status, financial and operational performance, key metrics, and more
  • Collaborate with key business partners to design and develop metrics that enable results and positive change within departments
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and IT; facilitate cross-functional design and requirements processes
  • Prepare training materials and communications to support strategy and rollouts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience. BA Certifications and/or PMP a plus (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience
  • Exceptional analytical Skills
  • Expertise in preparing high-level requirements, use cases, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and traceability matrix.
  • Proven ability to map business processes and workflows, conduct gap analysis and document requirements, ensuring requirements are developed and tested.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to stakeholders
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, having built and/or managed dashboards and reports in BI applications
