The Consumer Growth Engine (CGE) is a digitally centric performance marketing team focused on delighting customers with relevant, timely, personalized communications to help them grow excitement in purchasing and getting more value out of Microsoft products and services. This role is an opportunity with high impact and visibility, and you will play a key role in building relationships with customers through marketing, innovating marketing strategies, and ensuring that our customers have a connected experience wherever they are.

As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer journeys within the in-product marketing channel while leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. The Consumer Growth Engine (CGE), one of the largest-scale consumer marketing engines globally, utilizes placements across Windows and Edge to create extensive promotions, known as in-product, reaching up to 220 billion impressions annually. Your primary focus will be identifying key moments that matter and customizing content and messaging to engage customers, promoting acquisition and retention of Microsoft 365 (M365) subscription products. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing results with business stakeholders and leaders, achieving key performance metrics related to customer conversion, engagement, and retention across the funnel. The Digital Experience Manager will oversee the In-Product channel for M365, managing the allocated share of voice within the channel, which includes the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategies for M365 campaigns within the in-product channel
  • Own the management of the in-product channel to ensure that all committed M365 targets and metrics are reached within the fiscal year
  • Create MBR content to share with M365 leadership each month on the CGE in product contribution to business metrics
  • Become an expert on in-product execution and build marketing campaigns on in-product AI tooling
  • Partner closely with the Customer Journey lead and other channel leads to create a comprehensive and customer-driven journey to meet business needs

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in creating executive presentations and white-papers.
  • Experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (ex. In-product, email, etc.) and driving execution.
  • Focus to improve customer experience, gain efficiencies and improve performance.
  • Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines andnetworking/relationship management.
  • Experience with paid media buying is a plus
Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
