The Director, Colleague Strategic Partner role will support Corporate Development, Amex Digital Labs and Control Management. This position will report to a VP, Colleague Strategic Partner.

How will you make an impact in this role?

    • Provide high impact consultation and solutions to our business leaders using a practical and data-driven approach.
    • Understand and improve the 'moments that matter' in the careers of our colleagues.
    • Build and execute on the talent strategy that drives business performance.
    • Be proactive in the development, engagement, retention and succession of critical talent.
    • Ensure colleague growth, including senior leaders, through performance and developmental feedback.
    • Integrate inclusive leadership behaviors and ensure a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operate.
    • Provide insights, influence and negotiate with senior leadership to define, communicate and embed the business strategy.
    • Develop products, processes and tools informed by colleague data and insights. Co-creating with business leaders and CEG colleagues to ensure the solutions meet business needs.
    • Lead change, end-to-end, to enable business priorities.


Minimum Qualifications

    • A dedication to continuous learning demonstrated through education e.g. a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, followed by approximately 5 - 8 years of related experience.
    • Strategic thinking: develop ideas that drive meaningful colleague experiences and competitive advantage.
    • Commercial acumen: understand our business strategy, plans, and the impact of internal and external factors.
    • The ability to craft and deliver high-quality, end-to-end, colleague-centric solutions that enable business success.
    • Using data to develop insights, make decisions, build solutions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Knowledge of multiple CEG/HR subject areas; including employee relations, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development.
    • A global mindset and experiences with different countries and cultures.


Qualifications

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
