Director of Human Resources

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Director of HR at our nursing home facility. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of caregivers, while ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Overseeing employee benefits programs
• Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Implementing training and development programs for staff members

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team
