JOB QUALIFICATIONS

H.S. diploma required and a HR certification or Business Degree preferred.

Minimum of one year experience in office operations or two (2) years' experience in a healthcare accounting/billing setting. Preference given for supervisory experience.

Prior knowledge/work experience of principles and practices of H.R. preferred.

Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly and, at times, emotionally upset people within the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Employee recruitment posting, managing applications and on-boarding new employees.
  • Maintain personnel files, administer leave and benefits.
  • Prepare paperwork associated with transfers of positions, status changes and secondary positions.
  • Completing daily deposits and accurately keying into accounting system.
  • Creating monthly bills, answering billing questions, tracking and follow up on unpaid or slow-paying accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and disbursal of Resident Trust Fund.
