Kaseya is looking for an Technology leader to build and mature a Program Management Office (PMO) to support IT Applications, Infrastructure, Transformation, and Revenue Operations. Lead of team of program managers and project managers (PMs/TPMs) to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and initiatives globally. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and standards for the PMO, overseeing the delivery of high-quality service and solutions to our internal and external customers. You will also play a key role in building effective teams and processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and developing the skills and capabilities of your staff. In this role, you will provide direct strategic support to the Office of the CDIO, as well as support across IT and Revenue Operations. The PMO will support the following core functions of business operations: Lead to Cash, Billing, Financials (Procure to Pay, Record to Report), Hire to Retire, Cash & Payments, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Order Management.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Corporate Systems support operations, best practices, and technologies, as well as leading large scale transformation programs and continuous improvement agile programs from a PMO perspective. Responsibility for the following duties:
  • Create new PMO organization from the ground up, supporting critical functions in the CDIO org
  • Establishing and maintaining the PMO vision, strategy, policies, and standards.
  • Managing the portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and priorities.
  • Assist in managing operations of CDIO org including operational metrics/KPIs and financials
  • Lead and mentor a diverse and geographically dispersed team of project management specialists, providing them with guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of customer service, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the PMO space and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to create a best in class scalable PMO organization driving continuous improvement with measurable KPIs and executive dashboards
  • Partner with other organizations across Product, Engineering, IT/BIS, and Revenue Operations providing PMO services
  • Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America)
  • Manage cross functional relationships to ensure delivery on all priorities and objectives
  • Streamline PMO processes for the company, managing and reporting on SLAs/KPIs.
  • Present weekly status/dashboard on all critical initiatives
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services within the scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance, risks, issues, and benefits of the projects and programs.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in the project management processes and practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Our desired candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as Senior technology leader with techno-functional hands-on experience managing and building PMOs, or relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Agile, KanBan, Scrum, as well as tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, PowerBI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must have business acumen in several of the following areas: Hire to Retire, Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay,
  • Record to Report, Legal, Tax, BI/DW, Financial Reporting, Sales Operations, and Revenue, including experience with Salesforce and Oracle ERP
  • Must have experience managing large scale programs and 3rd party vendors
  • Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft M365 experience / knowledge is preferred
  • Proven ability to scale team, build and retail right talent.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong data management and presentation abilities
  • A demonstrated ability to setup scalable, effective PMO processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.
  • A certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2
